Its dying. and i have to save it. Theres not much time....i need some drastically good ideas after dropping the ball for soooooooo long. What to do....

So in my quest to procrastinate, i bring back my old blog. No one will really be reading it (for now at least). Lets see whats been goin through my head in the past year and a half (or day, whatever).
Looking back on old entries, i was both pretty smart and pretty stupid. Enjoy.

Where does personality come from? How much better would relationships be if you knew a substantial part of everyone's past experiences to know where their coming from and why they are that way. Im sure there are a lot of big important things that i dont know about some of my good friends. Hell, i cant even tell you most of my friends' parents marital status or names or anything like that. Thats probably the best place to start for that.
So ive been on a high. But apparently thats arrogance. Im not sure how or why im like that. Insecurity is prominent. What makes people "cool"? What have i been doing right that i havent been doing till now? (theres the arrogance)
I clearly complain too much. How can i fault a course which is handing me free marks like a jew at a buy 1 get 1 free sale.

Winter is coming. My hands are turning red.

I have a midterm in 4.5 hours. Fuck.

Im getting bored studying for so much tanach. Stupid exams. Why doesnt the ministry of education realize that no one remembers anything on the exam 5 mins after the exam? Stupid ministry. I hate it in poker when i make a good play, but someone just has better cards then me. I was playing poker last night and lost, but i dont care too much about the money. My logic is that if i were to have seen a movie, it would have been $15. Instead it was only $5. Besides, i won $5 on sat. night, so i really came out even. Anyways, one of my friends decided that, in the middle of the hand, when 2 of us still had to bet, to show his cards, telling us he had a straight. Obviously, we all fold and he lost a possibly large pot. That's all about poker for now though.
Im bored to tears, so i came down to check my email. Unfortunately, my good computer is screwed up (i need to reinstall part of windows, and according to my dad who spent a lot of time on the phone with dell, says it cant be done. This means that i might lose everything on the hard drive unless a one of my dad's IT guys can copy everything from the hard drive to another hard drive.) So now im stuck on the older computer, which isnt so bad except that it doesnt show anything in pop-up windows. For example, if i wanted to read my comments, i couldnt. The other problem is that my sister is watching LOTR 3 which i STILL havent seen and I came down in the middle of the movie. My sister also seems to enjoy talking to herself and the characters in the movie. For example, one character is a "retard" for not seeing something creep up on him. She just cheered someone on also. I might just be over-reacting because im not gonna start watching the middle of the movie, and I probably wont see it since i wont have time b/c of the stupid tanach exam. But after the Tanach exam...IM FREE...for a week. I got a Blink-182 concert on fri night (if anyone's interested in a front row ticket, find/call me. The Washington trip leaves Sat. night and comes back wed. morning. Thurs. night is prom, which better be good considering how much effort i put into the tables and limos. I have fri and mon off, but there's no celebration time there because i have to study for my 3 exams in a row. I cant really complain though, because a lot of my friends have either law or bio added on to that 3 day period. After the 10th (geometry exam) im DONE HIGH SCHOOL!!! All i have left to do is graduate on my birthday (17th), but i already wrote about that.

The Internet

Here's an interesting phenomenon. How is it possible for the internet to be so big, yet i can never find something to do?? Visiting the same sites only goes so far. Its that basic fact that leaves me writing stuff like this at 1 in the morning. Right now i have absolutely nothing to do, so i will attempt to entertain you by writing something in the blog so that you dont have to also sit in front of your computer trying to find something to do on the internet.

I had an enlightening and very relevant experience, seeing as im graduating in less than 1 month. I went to the mall on wed. after school to get a bristol board and ran into some people from my old school who i hadnt seen in 4 years. I was never really close friends with them, but i didnt dislike them either. They were just people i knew and spoke to when it was relevant. So im walking in the mall and they see me and call me over. It then became one of the shortest conversations ive ever had that ended because we had nothing to say. It just stayed in my mind and im hoping that i dont get this with anyone at my current school.

Disturbing News

I finally got some closure on an issue that's been on my mind. Something extremely interesting and frightening happened to me Friday night. My friend was driving me and another friend back from a movie. We turned onto another street, we saw the local Mac's Milk plaza surrounded by cops and police tape. Due to the fact that humans are naturally curious, we pulled over and took a look. After talking to some other people who have been there for a while, we determined that someone had been shot and one person said that some 20-something year old guys had gotten into an argument and one of them went into the Mac's. When he came out, he was shot twice. Apparently he was driven to the hospital by 2 friends. This scares me given how close it happened to home. Its less than a 4 minute drive from my house. But the most interesting thing by far is the fact that i tried looking for information on Saturday evening on local newspaper and radio station web sites and couldnt find anything about it. I wanna know why "officially" (using the term very loosely) there were 6 or 7 police cars outside the mac's plaza around the corner from my house. I use the term officially very loosely because the official reason for "criminal activity" is rarely the actual reason, but that's a whole other entry.
My mom showed me an article in the local paper, Tuesday's edition. A small column on the inside of the 2nd page was written with very little detail. All i know now is that no one was shot, even though shots were fired and the victim was given a beating.
Here's the article's website.

Inauguration of Blog and Grad/Camp/Birthday

YAAAYYY!!! Its a blog. Another one. If everyone else has a blog, why not one more?? Or do I enjoy entertaining the possible millions who will stop by and read this?? Im not entirely sure. I think that i just want to entertain myself, and writing sounds like fun until im too lazy to do it anymore or go to camp. But thats in a month. Wow. 1 month. Coincidentally the same day as my 18th birthday and high school grad. Hmmm... Anyone who reads this better throw me a surprise party and invite the whole grade and their families. An additional party is also welcome, just not after the 17th.
